LinkedIn might actually be less independent than Facebook if you think about it. Simply to send a message to whom, LinkedIn claims you must know the person, whereas Facebook says to “friend” a person you must know them.


What face book fails to do is offer the message, response, offer of friendship odometer.

The US Constitution gives us the right to address anyone. The question is can a private organization which solicits the general public [thn/] to enter restrict our right to address another person [thn/] before the other person chooses to say, “No, thank you,” or not?
