When I respond, or seek responses, I think of the Internet Republic and the people [[whump]] and the places who have made our water world Eden brave and free and fair. Permitted, required, and impossible. Stand alone or stand with, whose choice to what degree [[Thn/]] O[[thn/]]ne water world Eden under "We the people" – created by whom?

Dear General Allen, General Dempsey, Secretary Panetta, and Commander in Chief Obama, Neighbor Nations, and citizens of the world:

Tropic of Capricorn: Australia: E 120*, Madagascar: E 45*, Mozambique: E 35*, Botswana: E 25*, Nambia E 15*, Brasil W 50*, Paraguway W 59*, Argentia W 67*, Chile W 70*, Australia E 150*

Dear General Allen:

Would you like to do this with, or without me, or not at all:

Enter into a treaty with the above countries to design, and build a Tropic of Capricorn humanitarian corridor and defend and guide the citizens of the nations to kick a soccer ball around the world as the first step in a step by step process which leads to a 36 mile wide, five lane humanitarian orridor with a double wide wilderness median, with traditional, old fashioined life style lanes on either side and secular lanes on the outside with solar mag level transporation and utility corridors which feed the contiguous nations as well as traffic within the corridor?

Where will the corridor take us? To meet ourselves. A more perfect union for the people of these nations to have freedom of movement and the experience of traveling long distances in safety – for starters.

Keeping the pace of development and movement at an interest level to get more and more people on board is key.

Starting with Capricorn so Cancer asks, “Hey, why not US?!” [thnk/] is key.

SolarWaterEnergy.net and Texas Tech NH3 fuel economy are key.

Tall ships are key.

Net and web coverage are key.

The lcoation of 360* qibla so close ot the route is key.

US Aircraft carriers are key.

The right of the host nations to invite other nations to participate as “sister nations” is key.

Working with the host nations miliaries is key.

Showing Afghanistan China, and Pakistan, and India “Go west young man. Go west,” Or in this case to Capricorn – is in keeping with the tradition of US frontier opening…

“The longest peace march” and “The soccer ball kicked around the world” have been on the table a long time.

Northern Mexico, India, and Northern Africa will have incentive to invite US DOD to get their Tropic of Cancer Humanitarian Corridor going when they see Capricorn blossom…

Logistics: Numbers of people who can be moved along the Tropic of Cancer at each stage of development…

Dot to dot airlifts for the soccer ball kiced aorund the world. On board scrimages across open water, Ability to land star players on deck to participate and then fly them home for their regularly scheduled games…

Soccer balls with the globe [Whum] and progress lines of the humanitarian corridor (s) – friendly rivalries between Cancer and Capricorn…

Avoiding DOT global traffic jam; xref: La Hood in Egypt already.

China and India hungry for Cancer access might be good so their billions of people gain access to the exercise yard so to speak.

Preventing abuse of Cancer and Capricron for invasion [Whum] etc. designed into construction. Evacuation corridors for safety also. [Whum]

Big project.

Meanwhile, who will be able to work with Tropic of Cancer muslims and unite Islam so when US is invited to participate in the Tropic of Cancer all parties are ready, willing, and able.
