Katatni: FJP Encourages Zakat Without Interfering in its Regulation

Dr. Mohamed Saad Katatni, Secretary General of the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), stated that Zakat is an obligatory duty for the rich Muslims to pay, and a right for the poor, to be distributed in ‘Sharia-prescribed’ lawful channels.

Dr. Katatni added that the party does not interfere in the means and mechanisms of organizing and regulating Zakat, because they are not of FJP responsibilities as a party, and that these were up to parliament and governments to come, after extensive discussion within the community in order to achieve the noble purposes of Sharia laws and rules.

Katatni stressed that the party is currently working in accordance with its platform to encourage financially-capable Muslims to pay out Zakat in aspects defined in Sharia.

============Null Hypothesis:
Who was taught Zakat is 2.5% or 5% of your net profit for the year.
Further, in the time of our prophet Mohammed, may peace be upon him, and all who follow him, who was taught the government did not collect a tax from muslims, because the Zakat charity was enough to fulfill the needs, interests, and problems the government was working to address, however, non-muslims were required to pay a tax to the government, because there was no assurance they were making a contribution to society as a whole.

This logic survives to this day in the form of “tax-deductible contributions” and 501c non-profit organizations in the United States.

You make your contribution by what you do, or what you pay. If you do extensive dawa outreach work, then the costs associated with that – including the value of your labor – can be counted as part of your Zakat charity, because you could have been working earning money instead of doing the dawa outreach. Is that right?

“Do I know you?” one person asked on the street in San Francisco when who was making charity to whom. This raised the point that if you do not know the other person then it is definitely charity, however if you do know the other person, then it might be charity mixed with another form of obligation.

Response of Mohammed Omar to Mahmoud Ghozlan re: Freedom in Egypt

If God is the only 100% independence, then when our prophet Mohammed, may peace be upon him, advised, “Whoever is closer,” in response to the muslims’ question, “Who should we follow after you are dead?” – was he, like you, Dr. Mahmoud Ghozlan, advising us to guide one another closer to independent freedom [thn/] …freedom to fulfill [[[thn/]]] the five pillars of faith as we each best see fit?

Unity is the first pillar of faith – La il aha il la Allah, ashadu Mohammedan ur rasulluulah,” Freedom to fulfill unity by reaching unanimous consensus […jet] requires circles of conversation after prayers and finding remedies from the Qur~an and Haddith to answer whose complaints.

“What do you want to do that who will not let you do?”

Each of us has the duty to personalize our complaints by answering this question.

it is not enough to say, SCAF is being unfair and insecure, and hoarding power out of an unfounded fear the MB is not yet sufficiently organized with a detailed agenda, [[”’thnk]] and petitions, and volunteers to back it up regarding “rebuilding the institutions of Egypt”.

Instead, who must personalize the complaint. For example,
1. “I want to inspect Egyptian Federal grain warehouse #29, [thnk/] but SCAF will not let me,” or
2. “I want to apply for a job to work at the Aswan Dam, [[Thock]] but SCAF will not let me,” or,
3. “I want to advise my Governorate officials on how to vote with the other Governorates to send a constitutional amendment to the General Assembly, or the people, but SCAF will not let me,” or
4. “I want to form a stronger family by inviting three other brothers to marry with four sisters so we can have a big family without being greedy because
4.1. we will have eight (8) parents for our eight (8) children,
4.2. out grow* jealousy, and
4.3. be peacefully strong by keeping both our prayer schedule and our one night [[thnk/]] alone with each other schedule**, but SCAF will not let me,”

This makes freedom about remedying what who is doing to block the freedom of whom else vs. simply trying to change the behavior of whom without drawing the connection specifically of how what they are doing prevents you from being able to do what you have the right to do – as long as no one could reasonably misunderstand, or get sick, or get hurt. Isn’t that right?

*[…jet must be circling it comes into earshot then fades and returns for quite some time now]
**including the night alone with one’s self

In an interview with Saudi newspaper “Alyoum”, Dr. Mahmoud Ghozlan, Media Spokesman of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), said that the Brotherhood agrees on the importance of expediting the presidential elections with proper constitutional procedures. Concerning the handover of power to the People’s Assembly Speaker, Ghozlan said the Brotherhood did not endorse this call, and that MB members who demanded that were expressing their personal opinions.

Concerning allegations of foreign finding, Ghozlan dismissed them as “Fabrications” and “Lies” and that whoever said that should be subject to investigation.

With regard to MB’s stance toward presidential elections candidacy, Ghozlan reaffirmed that MB’s final decision is not to field a Presidential candidate, and that MB stands at equal distance from the current candidates.

Further, Ghozlan stressed that MB has no objection against bringing forward the presidential elections, saying that “the country now needs to appeal to reason, build the institutions of the state, and take the right path towards the handover of power.”

On the issue of personal freedoms, Ghozlan reiterated that they are part and parcel of Sharia (Islamic law), citing Imam Hassan al-Banna’s saying: “Government is one of the pillars of Islam; freedom is one of its duties”. So, Ghozlan explained, “freedoms of personal belief, work, movement, association, travel and movement are all part and parcel of Islamic law. Therefore, the public is guaranteed freedoms safeguarded for them by the law itself.”

Asked about the priorities for the MB at the moment, Ghozlan said: “There is no doubt that our top priorities are freedoms, economy and social justice, then security. Those are the foundations of any society, with which it can rise and develop.”

Thoughts which surfaced and were filtered through prayer words –

1. You have the constitutional (stand with) right (choice) to display an email address in your profile, as well as your name, to permit anyone to “knock on your door”; xref; independence (stand [thnk/]…) and constitution. [[^]]

( ) Display the following email address with my profile information so anyone can contact me: __________________@_____._____ [whun]

{Maybe who should…}
[Writing zeros. Estimated time 1 hour and five minutes]

2. When you are solicited to join a social network, you have a constitutional (health) right (choice) to not be tormented* by being shown pictures of people you who do not want to be contacted by people they do not know.

( ) I hereby direct LinkedIn (Facebook, etc.) to suggest to me only contacts who are willing to be contacted by people they do not know

*Frustrated by the inability to unpent response to the story every picture (and blurb) tells; xref: “Every Picture Tells A Story” (Steward, er, Stewart, Rod)

This is starting to hone in on it.

See why who ten times-ed a $30,000 consulting contract estimate to scale the degree of harm who is causing not only to whose self, but the more perfect Union, justice, domestic tranquility, defense, general welfare, and bestowal who is under direct orders from whose founding fore-bearers* to form?

*xref: The kind of people who really loves – Jefferson, Washington, Madison, Barbara Fritche, Betsy Ross, the Suffragettes, Paul Revere, Johnny Tremaine, The Swamp Fox, Robin Hood, Maid Merrian, our Prophet Mohammed, may peace be upon him, Jesus, Buddha, Confucius, Nebucanezzerm, Abraham, Sarah, and Hagar, Adam, Eve, Noah… Henry Clay, John Boehner, Tip O’Neil, Yeah Biden and Obama, too, despite the near stall speed of the ship of state… and all the people without names at mosque, and during life who come out of no where and make a point important and are gone… And the people holding down the fort… It’s people with an attitude or using he official position for personal ego trips who has the most difficulty dealing with… {{{ 3rd edit: HRC, you’ve really come a long way on that; xref: “families” being mentioned as part of women’s rights so men are more United with their wives and “Mr. Rivet” doesn’t use “careers” as levers to pry apart “Mr. Agrarian”‘s families and leave empty homes for half the day – we’re working on that last part; xref: home schooling & home office & four family dreams… er, teams – we need color coding in this automatic spell check, or does who expect our eyes two be slaves as well as our fingers and feet?}}} And there was a rough patch back there during the gang of 2000 – 2008 and all the confusion and poorly trained people they brought in with them… But I, and who else, can repent that, and be forgiven by God – without the need to confess.

( ) I hereby direct LinkedIn to suggest contacts to me, er, suggest to me only {xref: “Drink to me only [whump] with thine eyes, and I will be true to thee,” xref: subtext? “My lips are sealed,” [[thnk/]] The strength of civilization to be open and honest vs. the need of Feral animals [[whum]] to hide and be indirect and circuitous to survive.}

( ) I hereby direct LinkedIn to suggest to me only contacts who require they know the other person, or the firm for which they work, or ___________________. (set your parameters – it’s YOUR profile. LinkedIn software will compare it to others profiles for matches and automatically notify you, if they have a similar setting.

And of course ( ) Both which is sort of what the case is now. Only this way it could be flagged. You’d either see an email address in the profile, or not. If you didn’t you would know there must be some profile word matches. As it is now, you don’t even know that. It’s a mysterious, blue haired atavar kind of “insider trading” in human soles.
