re: Library *Re-adding & Righting Circles* invitation

Dear Sonja Plummer-Morgan and Richard Asam:

Like the movie, “Here comes the Boom”, the recent (and impending) library budget cut offers the opportunity for a private fund raising effort.

I would like to confirm in writing my suggestion made to you this past week, Sonja.

Would you all like to do this with, or without me, or not at all …or delegate it to whom else: circulate the following invitation:

“You are invited to bring your favorite children’s book (s) to any of the weekly library “Re-adding and Righting Circles” each Tuesday from noon to one and again from six to seven.

“Our goal is for library staff, parents, children, and Presque Isle artists, writers, and volunteers to read and discuss your favorite children’s book and then work together to develop our discussions into entertaining and educational children’s books at the rate of one, or more, books a month.

“The books will be self published on Lulu.com, and / or similar web sites, and sold world wide.

“One quarter of the proceeds will be donated to the library so staff will be able to be retained despite the city council’s recent cut to the library budget.

“One quarter of the proceeds will be divided equally among participants in the ‘Re-add and Right Circles’.

“One quarter will be donated to children’s causes.

“And one quarter will be placed in a savings account to provide scholarships from the earnings of the account.

“Of course participants are still free to write and illustrate your own books or art, etc. without any obligation to the “Re-add and Right1,2,3,4,5 Circle”.

“And of course any voluntary contribution you wish to make to the library as a result of inspiration from your participation is welcomed.

“Celebrities and authors chosen by the *Re-add & Right* participants will be invited to attend. If necessary tickets will be allocated for such sessions.

“Should a contract for a film or television series come out of this effort the *Re-add &* Right* circles, the library and city council shall jointly negotiate same.”

So, again, hope you’re all OK –

Bill / haji Mohammed

Brine, plastic, and fresh water

re: Plastic

Dear Chairman Grandin:

Would you like to keep Cenovus ethylene and SaltWorks chlorine on the balance sheet as working, recyclable assets, while reducing carbon and brine disposal expenses on customers’ income statements?

SaltMaker thermo-ionic – desalination equipment is currently made from plastic, and, as you know, plastic is made from ethylene and chlorine…

…so the brine byproduct produced by the SaltMaker equipment could be used to manufacture the plastic to make the SaltMaker equipment.

Likewise regarding related plastic products: irrigation pipe, optical quality PVC Fresnel lenses, and Futuro-style modular dwellings.

This would also reduce expenses on your customers’ income statements regarding carbon and brine disposal.

Despite Green Peace, demand for PVC water pipe is growing and with it demand for responsible manufacture, and early, frequent recycling to prevent degradation in the field.

Chlorine transportation costs are increasing.

Climate change is creating a market for fresh water pipelines to carry SaltWorks fresh water inland to the US Midwest and SW.

The transcontinental railroad of 21st century planetary engineering might well be in the ability to patent and sell a complete package of desalinated fresh water, brine disposal, irrigation pipe, habitable dwellings, sodium feldspar tiles, and optical quality Fresnel lenses for solar cooking, etc.

If not in the US, then in India, China, North Africa, Australia, and south Asia perhaps.

I’m sending a cc: of this letter to Governor Chris Christie of N.J. and the MIT NewsRoom regarding whether the scale of a plastic manufacturing plant can be matched to the scale of the salt byproduct created by one, or more, SaltWorks desalination installations – or what kind of network of desalination plants is needed to supply enough chlorine for plastic plants of sufficient size to produce the economies of scale needed.

Who knows, a technologic breakthrough in brine conversion similar to SaltWorks thermo-ionic desalination system may be on the horizon.

Desalinating one (1%) percent of the salt water of the world will increase our fresh water by ten (10) times, but that leaves a lot of NaCl to deal with.

NH3 is predicted to be competitive with gasoline when the price of gas reaches $5 per gallon, so an increase in a demand for plastics for clean water could continue to support the petroleum industry in the event the NH3 fuel economy brings down marginal costs.

Should you wish to retain, or partner with me in any way regarding further pursuit of this business plan, I would be happy to discuss it, or you might simply want to pay me a one time consulting fee for this unilateral, unsolicited report alerting you to this possible synergy between Cenovus and SaltWorks.

Thank you for you consideration,

W. Hale, aka, haji Mohammed Omar

What will you do to address Global Warming?

What will you do to address Global Warming?

============Null Hypothesis:

Divide brine into Na and Cl and combine the Cl with petroleum to very carefully make plastic to build solar seawater distillation equipment as per SaltWorks of Canada, as well as irrigation pipe and habitual dwellings all of which can be leased and recycled and kept on the balance sheet as equity instead of being doubly expensed on the income statement as degraded exhaust and pollution abatement costs.

Likewise the Na from brine into sodium feldspar tiles and building materials.

Brine toxicity is the greatest barrier to desalinating enough fresh water to cool our planet.

1% of the water on earth is fresh water, and a small percentage of that is surface water. By desalinating 1% of the salt water [MPG Energy, down hill in low gear, tank truck] {Tanks a lot}..

Rain cycle, water cycle… more fresh water will moderate the temperature swings of land.

NH3 can be recycled as soon as it comes out of the tailpipe – compared to petroleum which requires millennia for trees to become oil.

More fresh water will make it more feasible to produce NH3 via electricity, air, and water to replace petroleum fuel.

SECOND QUESTION: Placing down draft reinforcement fresh water canals along the Hadley – Ferral air cell boundaries located at approximately the tropic of Cancer and placing updraft reinforcing desalination plants along the Ferral – Polar updraft boundaries to reinforce the updraft will help to keep the equatorial, temperate, and polar air cells separate and firm, and stop the flaccid drift of air cells like socks loosing their elasticity…

Thermal convection in the oceans creates a surface layer where the heating and cooling occurs while the deeper levels of the ocean are insulated from the surface warming and cooling thus providing a virtually infinite heat sink according to Wikipedia. Is that true?

THIRD QUESTION: low, thin, cumulus clouds are the best kind of clouds to reflect incoming solar warming radiation and also trap the least heat under themselves. Manufacture of low, thin, cumulus clouds will reduce global warming and aid us in climate engineering.
