Then there’s the matter of insurance to go with that.

The recent $30 Billion Saudi Weapons purchase from the U.S. would have been $15 BB in Saudi Riyals, $15 BB in US Dollars, and based on the possible damage said weapons could cause if used aggressively in a way not upheld by international legal consensus, perhaps $100 billion in insurance collateral conservatively invested in a trust at the World Bank

Dear USS Maj Leader Harry Reid:

Please pass the appended bill so I am able to move on to working with you regarding the solar seawater distillation economy to pipe fresh water from California to you all in Nevada as part of replenishing the Colorado and Rio Grande Rivers.

…and what else? Putting your constituents in charge of bringing our under the table economies up on to the table with doctors, buddy systems, curriculum strands, confident establishments and more better liability insurance to protect one and all.

And what else?

ENCLOSURE:

Dear USS Minority Leader Mitch M[[thn/]]…

Please work with Speaker Boehner to pass the following bill ASAP so control of Iran’s IMF SDRs can be transferred to the World Bank.

Thank you,

W. Hale, aka, haji Mohammed…

A bill to exempt the World Bank from U.S. Sanctions in regards to establishing a trust fund for Iran to self insure peaceful only of uranium

Short title: “Put your money where your mouth is”

Proposed Sponsors:

Proposed Cosponsors:

Whereas, Iran is in the process of proposing the establishment of a trust fund at the World Bank to encumber the IMF SDRs of Iran as collateral to ensure peaceful use of Iranian uranium, and

Whereas, the self insurance of the peaceful use of uranium is a non-commercial transaction intended to bring certainty to international trade and commerce and thereby generate a peace dividend, and

Whereas, the collateral so pledged to guarantee peaceful use is permitted to be invested only by the World Bank, and only in conservative, peaceful investments of approved by the trustee, be it hereby

Resolved, the US Senate of the United States hereby exempts from US Sanctions said trust account in the event the World Bank and the nation of Iran are able to reach an agreement,

Voted into law this _______ day of _____________ , 2012

Reconciled this _______ day of __________, 2012 with the US House Bill # ____________

Signed into law this _________ day of ________ , 2012

CHRONOLOGY OF REQUEST FOLLOWS

Request for legislation for JAB

Dear Speaker Boehner:

Please pass legislation exempting from U.S. Sanctions the following trust fund agreement between the World Bank and the nation of Iran for the purpose of self – insurance to guarantee peaceful use only of uranium.

If the Ancient and Prophetic Nation of Israel [[thnk/]] would like to see the amount of the collateral increased, then please feel free to reserve the right in the authorizing legislation to demand the collateral be later increased in proportion to any increase in uranium stock of Iran.

The one quote I got in S. Dakota was a single fuel rod is worth about 5 digits, but the figure we need is regarding potential damage from an Ollie North loose cannon or malicious use.

Also the ratio of collateral to potential damage established through any similar trusts created by any other nation might be factored in so Iran meets, or exceeds, what other nations are willing to encumber.

Russia has led the way with a no first use promise. Please make your legislation suitably complimentary and firm regarding giving credit to Iran for being willing to put their money where their mouth is.

Thank you,

Truly,

1) Every nation has the unalienable right (and duty) to defend itself.
2) Russia has unilaterally agreed to no first use of nuclear weapons, but Iran is the first nation to agree in principle to post self insurance in a trust account to be paid to any nation harmed by Iranian uranium
3) DMV model for nations – license, registration, and insurance on technology which has offensive uses.
4) “Put your money where your mouth is,” – but Hypnotists living on borrowed money, fine tuning “divide and conquer” to rule by slim majorities instead of consensus, and afraid to break the spell with taxes, and instead engaging in a mutual extortion racket between “Global Cop” and “Big Oil” – each extorting one another to get the money to pay each other – Global cop pays dollars to buy oil to keep Global cop’s chariots of fire running, and Big OIl uses the dollars to buy weapons and influence to control [thn/] to protect the tribes fronting for them, and Big Oil gangsters. – The dollar wouldn’t be worth a dime but for the fact the leading weapons manufacturers insist on being paid in dollars.

So, should 1 / 2 the purchase price of oil be denominated in the currency of the seller?

Would that make Libyan pounds and Saudi Rials more sought after, and therefore increase the purchasing power oil states?

Iran using negotiations as a tactic? Sure, that would be a problem.

But the West has also used negotiations as a tactic, in equal bad faith. That is also a problem in negotiating a resolution. For example, the West demands total surrender on the main issues as a sign of good faith before talks can happen. For another example, in the original talks with the EU, the Iranians did halt to talk, and the Europeans under US pressure then refused to meet — the halt was what they wanted, there was nothing left to discuss, and their message was, “We’ll get back to you next year, maybe.” For a third, the President told Brazil and Turkey in a letter what was wanted, they produced it, and the US went ballistic ranting and raving and then rejected it in the most insulting terms to demand sanctions instead.

So BOTH SIDES need to settle down and talk in good faith. Of the two, the WEST has in the past been consistently, in every single instance, the worst example.

The Iranians are no sweethearts either, but you present the problem as if it were them, and the West has been a model of good faith behavior and sweet reason.

Dance around the head of that pin to your heart’s delight, Mark.

It comes down to this:

Iran has been lying and stalling and lying and stalling – while moving their technology forward:

“The IAEA declared Iran to be non-compliant in 2005. Iran’s failure to disclose its enrichment facility at Narantz and the heavy water reactor were only the most blatant of many breaches. Iran was caught again in 2009 when the Fordow enrichment facility was uncovered. In 2011, the IAEA, a cautious multilateral body not given to alarmism, spelt out in detail the structure of Iran’s weapons programme.”

The gig is up.

Please forgive me for placing blame on you regarding my inability to make the self insurance of peaceful use of uranium by Iran come to pass yet.

Dear CL & IMF Board:

Please forgive me for placing blame on you regarding my inability to make the self insurance of peaceful use of uranium by Iran come to pass yet.

My first thought was for Iran to unilaterally encumber it’s IMF SDRs through a letter of instruction to the IMF and / or a limited power of attorney and a press release.

If the IMF charter or rules prohibited what Iran wanted, the pressure of popular demand would then be upon you to amend same so you could be consistent with saving steps, without making unnecessary steps for any… by making self insurance for peaceful use only of uranium possible.

Iran, however, said they wanted the IMF to indicate a willingness to encumber Iran’s SDRs.

On one hand this could be seen as stalling, but on the other hand this would reduce the likelihood of embarrassment to the IMF, World Bank, and US for failure to long ago have offered the concept of performance bond, or self insurance.

Remember the offer by France, the US, and Russia (made via Turkey and Brazil) to trade already enriched uranium for the medical uranium Iran had made? Generally accepted contracting procedures require the posting of a performance bond, but no such offer was made at that time despite my internet web site, faxes, phone calls, emails, and posts to the parties involved at that time.

So, over the past five days I have endeavored to bring you up to date regarding these developments.

Meanwhile, Iran has regressed and adopted the false short cut of reserving the right to preemptively attack those whom Iran feels threatened by.

However, peaceful use of uranium, similar to Russia’s “no first use” policy, is still possible, while reserving the right to preemptively attack by other means.

Then there are what other peripheral matters.

Consider the former director of the IMF and the new investigation into Mr. Strauss – Khan’s possible involvement with a prostitution ring.

At the time of his alleged prior behavior with a hotel maid in NY I was running numbers on the “Love thy neighbor nation” project to bundle vacation ticket vouchers with national treasury debt sales based upon the logic of “Do not lend money to whom you are not willing to visit,” and likewise, “Do not borrow money from whom you are not willing to have visit you – or from whom you are not willing to work for,” The $3,000 per night cost of his hotel room woke me up to the need to upward revise my figures so they became “generous, but not extravagant”

Also, who might think Mr. Strauss-Khan could have had a basketball style “intentional foul” in mind – similar to the conscious, or unconscious, logic of Larry Summers when he insulted the ability of women to do science, so that he might be proven wrong and thereby elevate a woman, Drew Gilpin Faust, a Professor of Southern US History and thus civil war and reconciliation, to the presidency of Harvard, much in the way you, Christine Lagarde, have been appointed Director of the IMF in the wake of the NY hotel maid negativity [door] generated by Mr. Strauss-Kahn.

So, now, the investigation into Mr. Strauss-Khan’s possible involvement with a prostitution ring reminds me of my own independent investigations and request for a U.S. Surgeon General’s button on the tool bar of internet browsers sold in the U.S. – so anyone can quickly and easily get links to medical feedback about touch, hold, and motion patterns found on the internet, along with links to alternate, more healthy, but similar behaviors based upon ads written by US Citizens which qualify through open competition to be placed on the U.S. Surgeon General’s web site and which are recommend via gmail style content matching software and Facebook ad campaign demographic style software. Please see my web site WorldMusicAndDanceInTheSchools.com or my Facebook page – OnTheTable

Whether Mr. Strauss-Khan personifies the French curiosity which wants to strip women of their headscarves in public schools like the mischievous boys who dip pig tails into ink wells, or whether there is another basketball – style “intentional foul” involved, we must remember Jesus [thnk/] Christ hung out (associated with) sinners, and prostitutes, and “deadheads” similar to the FBI tribal rock and roll bands and entertainment (hypnosis) preferences of this modern day and age; xref: “‘Judge not that ye be not judged’ diagnose and heal so that you, yourself might be,”

In the same way Jesus was well loved by those he sought to diagnose and heal, RedTube.com and other similar sites have responded positively to my internet research into touch, hold, and move – the three languages of the one God; xref: “…because every part of your mind and your body is equally worthy of being loved and cared for – as long as you keep your mind and your body clean, and healthy, and open to your ultimate principles and realities – eternal life, liberty, and the pursuit of peaceful happen ing ness es. Each partner [thn/] gets one regularly scheduled night, or time, or turn ALONE with each other partner, including your night by yourself, and all the partners have the duty to know and do certain things. Some things are not a choice – like conjugal rights – which the Afghans feel it is reasonable to demand as frequently as every fourth night. If you’re not ready to marry yet, you still have the right to at least two groups of doctors, or intimacy coaches, on your team, because every part of your mind and your body…”

The other concern the IMF, World Bank, and fractional reserve culture might have about me, is my support of Ron Paul 2012. My position on Ron Paul is – Like Malcom X, Ron Paul may have at one time thought one color could move closer to the one (1) one hundred (100%) percent Independence better than another, but by making Hajj, Malcom X had his eyes opened that any God less than a God who welcomes one and all as “equal as the teeth on a comb” is to place a dependency upon God, but God is 100% independent. Both Malcom X and Ron Paul repented the dependencies they placed upon God. “A sadder but wiser girl for me,” is the lyric from the musical, “My Fair Lady”.

There are three branches to the US Government, and it is unlikely the executive branch alone will be able to put the U.S. back on a gold standard currency, but Ron [Hnk] Paul should be able to get an audit of Ben Shalom Bernake and the Fed [door] real reserve [jet].

I support Ron Paul on the principle of WEED. STUDY. REDESIGN. REPLANT. DELIVER THE BABY & grow. I would like the US to reinstitute the national draft and have MBAs (and their professors) rotated into and out of consultant roles as Ron Paul cuts one trillion dollars from the U.S. budget the first year. Then we need to continue to study all the files and data retained and develop case studies and design anew to fulfill the words [door] of Thomas Jefferson: “You cannot expect the clothes of the child to fit the grown adult,”

Along with building a second and third U.S. National Capitol at Four Corners New Mexico and Rapid City South Dakota and rotating our sessions every six months through each of the three, the U.S. needs to extrapolate the Dwight D. Eisenhower, U.S. Interstate Highway System to extend the National Smithsonian Greenbelt Mall from sea to shining sea and throughout the land. This links to [thn/] revitalizing the asset structure of national treasuries world wide.

So, there are two issues which come to mind in regards to the sub-text of political concerns into which the IMF is inextricably woven.

I am an unpaid, unofficial, unaffiliated volunteer, but when you know money is a transferable receipt of sovereign authority, and sovereignty resides in “We the people”, then when you accept your role as a member of the collective sovereign, no further affiliation is needed to request a response regarding [door]… “Do the right thing” (the movie by Spike Lee; xref: “Malcom X”)

So, again, please accept my apology for any potential embarrassment I may have caused you by pointing to the lack of overt response from you to date. The covert response has been good. Iran has had time to fine tune the peaceful use of uranium to include pre-emptive strikes with non nuclear weapons. Access for South Syria to the Mediterranean Sea has been demonstrated (See attached tweet), and the possibility of a solar seawater distillation pipeline system from the Mediterranean across Syria to the headwaters of the Euphrates River has been alluded to by placing images of the Suez Canal in the news. Ah, perhaps there is also a hint of finding which court (s) have legal jurisdiction over the IMF and World Bank, and / or who would participate as Trustor over Iran’s self-insurance for peaceful use only of uranium.

Learning is a wonderful thing. Whose primary concern here is the cost of being late is human lives and the deadline for these enrichment questions at the end of the World [[thn/]] History Oil chapter are a significant number of innocent men, women, children, and “clay”.

So I urge you to pray to your God, and take the initiative to clarify what I have proposed. Feel free to contact the Iranian delegate to the IMF and / or World Bank, and / or UN, and / or Tehran yourselves. Seek to amend your Articles or bylaws if necessary to give you that kind of discretion.

Also, please feel free to respond to me, and I will do my best to continue my behind the scenes negotiations with those who can order their subordinates to do what is required to set the formal wheels in motion within the IMF, World Bank, and with whom else, to make a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) model of License, registration, and insurance – feasible for uranium, and what other two edged swords of technology, in sha lah, may the one (1) one hundred (100%) percent permit.

Asalam wa lay kum, peaceful possibilities and events upon you, IMF and World Bank, and Iran, how are you?

Truly,

haji Mohammed Jesus, formerly known as haji Mohammed Abubkr-Ali Isa Omar, aka, W. Hale
